Busy end to the summer
Well it was a busy end to the summer what with a total house redecoration for a regular garden customer as well as several garden overhauls and a couple of redesigns.
I have just completed a job for a local nursery school, details on my website, and i am in the process of puttting together a quote for a sensory garden for the same school.

Been a while
Well its been a while since my last post and its been busy.
Several new gardens on the go, a couple of clearances – how much ivy can you have in one garden!!
A few lawns to tend to and oddly enough a house to decorate.
Visited a garden I worked on this summer and everything has grown like mad, its always nice to see something you have worked on turn out really well. And the customer is over the moon.
I will post some pictures posted when I get the chance

Recycled transit
The recycled transit is costing me cash again after the gear stick snapped off while driving !!!!! very interesting drive home and then replaced it with a large ring spanner until I could get to the breakers yard today. So new gear stick, new tyre and then told the front brake discs and pads are shot

Land Wanted
I am currently looking for some land in the Worcester Park, Wallington or Epsom areas. The reason for the land being that I would like to set up a number of composting bins to produce an ongoing supply of compost. Obviously I’m looking for a low rental cost but if you know of anything going please let me know.

Raised vegetable beds
One of my customers has given the go ahead for a couple of raised vegetable beds to be created out of unwanted wooden pallets. Once I have deconstructed the pallets and reconstructed them as raised beds I will take some pictures and will post them here.
I have a ready supply of old pallets available so if you live in our catchment area and are interested in these please let me know.

Willow Hurdles
I have recently installed some willow hurdles for one of my customers as a screen between the gravel drive and the rest of the garden. My customer is keen to be as environmentally friendly as possible in her approach to gardening and these traditional hurdles fit perfectly with this ethos.
This is the first time I have used this product and I must say they are very easy to install and look far better than the cheap and flimsy options that fill the DIY store shelves. As we installed these panels on a very windy day I can say that they stand up very well to strong wind conditions ( being woven the breeze flows through the panel rather than acting as a sail).
Pictures to follow, and if anybody would like further details please let me know.

Rough hands survival kit
Trying to find a hand cream that isnt greasy, full of parabens, synthetic fragrances and other nasties is a difficult job. But at last I have found Bulldog products not cheapest but very good and include 8 essential oils. Check out your local supermarket or superdrug store
