Pebble planters

I have found a new product that I am looking forward to using as much as possible due to the endless possiblities. Pebble planters are based on gambions which are used in construction and landscaping only these are modified to take plant pots or in the case of the small version tea lites.

These cages also make great seats – with a top or cover.

Quotes, forums and the winter

Well the sensory garden design and quote has been completed and now the job is in the lap of the company directors. Looking at what our competitor put in I’m hoping we get the deal but who knows. Anyway it was fun putting it all together and I now have a stash of new suppliers for future use – sailing boat shaped sandpit anybody ;)
I am also shocked to find out what schools are prepared to pay for items especially outdoor activity items and it has provided me with some ideas that I will be sharing on here in the coming months.
I have started a new forum which can be accessed through my site or directly through this link:
Forum here
The forum is aimed at anybody that gardens from professional gardens (this area is only visible to pro gardeners) to everyday gardeners. There is also a seperate section for schools. Take a look and sign up it needs some members.
Well winter is well and truly here and the work load is diminishing but I feel I have just enough to keep us going through the winter months with several projects to start in the coming weeks and a few to finish.

Busy end to the summer

Well it was a busy end to the summer what with a total house redecoration for a regular garden customer as well as several garden overhauls and a couple of redesigns.

I have just completed a job for a local nursery school, details on my website, and i am in the process of puttting together a quote for a sensory garden for the same school.
